Returns & Exchange Policy

We want your hound to love their new gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

🇦🇺 Free Australian Returns

We offer free returns on Australian orders within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return:

1. Email us at returns@snootly.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid label to return the product(s).
3. Items must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging attached and free from dog hair or damage.
4. Once received, we’ll issue you a full refund to your original payment method.

🌍 Easy International Returns

If you're outside Australia, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for a full refund (excluding delivery costs).

To return:

• Email us at returns@snootly.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
• Post your item(s) back to us in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
• Include a copy of your invoice in the parcel.
• For exchanges, include the item name, size, and colour you'd like instead.

Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days to confirm availability and next steps.

🐾 Important Notes

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Refunds are processed once items are received and checked
• Returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Snootly
• Sale items are not eligible for free returns
