We want your hound to love their new gear! If you're not completely satisfied, returning or exchanging is easy through our self-service returns portal.

Is my return free?

It depends on whether you added Returns & Exchanges cover at checkout.

  • If you added cover at checkout — great news! Your return shipping is covered. Simply use the portal above and your prepaid label will be provided at no cost.
  • If you didn't add cover at checkout — no worries, you can still return your item, but return postage will be at your own expense. You can purchase a return label through the portal or arrange your own tracked postage back to us.

Not sure if you added it? Check your order confirmation email — it will show Returns & Exchanges cover as a line item if it was included.


Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from dog fur, dander, and odours
  • All original tags still attached
  • In original packaging

Items that don't meet these conditions may be declined and sent back to you.
